THE PROJECT?
The residential was for mixed use purpose. It has 4 floors with a stilt. It has 3 units where lower 2 were individual unit and the upper 2 floor was duplex with a terrace. The individual units were 3 bedroom units and the duplex was a 5 bedroom luxury unit. We were also given the task to design the interiors as well. To provide a nice classy and rich look to the interior we selected a palatte of beige and brown colors which complimented each other to create a luxurious atmosphere.
