THE PROJECT
The project was to design a senior secondary school, an extension to the already existing middle school. A /new block was introduced at the rear side of the site. It aimed to host /new classes, offices and also multi-purpose hall.
The high school thoughtfully integrates cost-effective and energy-efficient systems. It is oriented in such a way to reduce sun exposure and minimize heat gain within the building. The longer side faces the north with larger opening and the shorter side facing south with shorter openings The building’s design manages natural daylight with appropriately placed operable windows.
